NUMA is seeking a hands-on operations role in Málaga to obsess over guest rooms, conduct daily room checks, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance using our in-house tech-stack. You will monitor arrivals, run daily briefings, and ensure rooms are ready for check-in while managing partner amenities such as gyms or breakfast services.

You will proactively spot issues, analyze guest feedback, and work on root-cause fixes with full follow-through.

Formación

• Spanish fluency (B2+).
• Guest-obsessed mindset with attention to detail.
• Hands-on, proactive problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Obsess over guest rooms, perform daily room checks, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance using in-house tech-stack.
• Run daily operations: monitor arrivals, brief housekeeping, ensure rooms are ready by check-in, manage guest amenities with partners.
• Spot discrepancies, analyze guest reviews and feedback, and drive fixes with on-site follow-through.
• Structure back of house: manage inventory, stock, deliveries and assist with ICT team tech troubleshooting as needed.
• Keep the team in the loop: log issues, escalate on-site developments, and maintain accurate knowledge bases for remote teams.
