SLS Barcelona is seeking a hospitality student for a six‑month internship to support guest services, answer calls, handle requests, and coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and F&B to fulfil guest needs.

You will log incidents, assist with reservations and wake‑up calls, maintain hotel systems, and contribute to delivering memorable experiences in a five‑star setting. The ideal candidate is studying hospitality, can sign an internship agreement, and is fluent in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in hospitality or related field.
• Able to sign internship agreement with your school for approximately 6 months.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and pay strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Answer internal and external phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage guest requests during their stay and provide information about facilities and services.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and F&B to fulfill guest needs.
• Record, track and dispatch requests to relevant departments.
• Handle Room Service, wake-up calls, voicemail and reservations.
• Log incidents and update hotel systems as part of administrative tasks.
