Celonis is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join the GTM Finance team in Madrid. You will partner with GTM leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across Services, CS, Marketing, and Partners, translating data into strategic actions.

Lead models for headcount, investments, and ROI; provide executive dashboards and insights; influence growth decisions with rigorous financial analysis and clear narratives.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting GTM organizations in a B2B SaaS or tech company.
• 5+ years of experience with executive leadership alignment between operations and finance.
• Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS unit economics and multi-touch attribution or revenue recognition.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills to build dynamic capacity/utilization models.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts for headcount, discretionary spend, and variable compensation.
• Evaluate ROI of headcount additions, GTM investments, tools, and initiatives.
• Build and own capacity, utilization, and productivity models linked to sales pipeline.
• Define and analyze key SaaS metrics and margins to optimize financial performance.
• Lead quarterly reviews with GTM executives and develop dashboards for real-time visibility.
• Create financial frameworks for complex programs like partner agreements and revenue recognition.
