vivo España is seeking a Go-to-Market backoffice specialist to support GTM and Sales operations through backoffice processes. The role ensures data integrity, system maintenance, reporting support, and workflow execution across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of Power BI a plus. English and Spanish required, Chinese a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor or above in administrative, marketing, business, or related field.
• Experience in GTM, sales operations, or business support is a plus.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage data.

Responsabilidades

• Administrative and process support to optimize sales team workflows.
• Coordinate with Finance and Logistics for invoicing, payments, and shipments.
• Support data collection, reporting, and project meeting logistics.
