Fever is seeking a Growth Strategy Manager to spearhead Fever’s expansion across India, owning the growth roadmap and shaping the business model and partner portfolio. You will work at the intersection of data, marketing, and business development to lead strategic projects driving growth.

The role requires 4–5 years in analytical roles, a relevant bachelor’s, and fluency in English (Hindi a plus). Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is preferred; based in Madrid with a hybrid setup.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
• 4–5 years in analytical business roles with growth track record.
• Fluency in English; Hindi is a plus.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, or R.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and partners across India.
• Act as lead advisor to top strategic partners using Fever’s data and technology.
• Turn data into actionable business cases and drive key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI).
• Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to support rapid growth.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to build business cases for local marketing and tech needs.
