Seventh Wave, part of Adevinta, seeks a strategic professional to own commercial initiatives from discovery to delivery in a marketplace environment. This role focuses on applying AI to transform commercial functions and growth across our Barcelona office.

You will work closely with senior leaders, leveraging data, customer insights, and market understanding to identify opportunities and shape actionable plans. English fluency and a startup/consulting background are valued.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years in strategy consulting or startup/scale-up.

Responsabilidades

• Own commercial initiatives from idea to delivery, shaped by priorities and strengths.
• Identify growth opportunities using commercial data, customer research and market insight.
• Develop the approach and translate insights into a practical plan and go-to-market.
• Test the opportunity by designing experiments with product, marketing and data teams.
• Lead delivery, coordinate teams/partners and ensure launch and results.
• Reinvent commercial work with AI by turning insights into tools/workflows used daily.
• Scale successful initiatives into reusable tools, playbooks and shared capabilities across teams.
