Qualifications

• Built internal developer platforms with users, SLAs and on-call rotations.
• Designed secure execution environments - sandboxing, isolation, RBAC, secrets.
• Shipped integrations across source control, CI/CD, ticketing, and cloud.
• Built or operated tool gateways or MCP-style integrations for agents.
• Instrumented systems with traces, telemetry, and cost-per-workflow.
• Adopt a strong SRE mindset including reliability and graceful degradation.
• Created reusable templates and starter kits adopted by teams.
• Handled durable workflows with persisted state and retries.

Responsibilities

• The agent runtime: secure execution environments for agents with RBAC and secrets management.
• The integration surface: adapters and gateways for diverse tools and services.
• The evaluation pipeline: golden tasks, graders, regression tests and release gates.
• Observability and cost control: dashboards, traces, token usage, rate limits.
• The durable execution layer: long-running, recoverable workflows across tools and humans.
• Reusable scaffolding: templates, starter kits, and wrapper scripts for teams.
