Bitpanda is seeking a Growth, Engagement & Retention Senior Product Manager to own the rewards flywheel, turning product activity into loyalty value and revenue diversification.

You will define core health metrics, design cross-product incentives, and explore subscription models, with a focus on activation, retention, and community engagement.

Formación

• 5+ years of Product Management in a high-growth B2C consumer platform.
• Experience shipping or scaling a subscription, loyalty, or rewards product.
• Strong data analysis, cohort analysis, A/B testing and metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Define baseline customer health metrics (retention, CLV, churn) and diagnose value leakage.
• Own rewards flywheel and engagement strategy across Trading, Earn, Card and future products.
• Decide which rewards and growth mechanics maximize net value based on evidence.
• Explore subscription or membership models with pricing, tiering and benefits.
• Design compliant, learning-focused status mechanics and external partnerships.
