Bitpanda is seeking a Manager, Growth Analytics to build the core decision engine for its redesigned Growth org. You will establish trusted measurement, define customer economics, and deliver high-impact analysis guiding growth investments.

You will lead a team of analytics engineers, partner with Finance, Data, Product, and channels, and elevate experimentation while maintaining rigorous analytics standards. Barcelona-based with hybrid work.

Formación

• You have built or led an analytics capability that changed commercial or product decisions.
• You are technically credible in SQL, data modeling, experimentation, and measurement.
• You understand acquisition economics, cohorts, incrementality, and forecasting.

Responsabilidades

• Set Growth measurement strategy and reporting definitions (CAC, LTV, payback, cohort performance).
• Lead forecasting, performance reviews, and data-driven capital allocation decisions.
• Build and mentor analytics engineers and senior analysts.
• Partner with Finance, Data, Product, and channels to automate data workflows.
• Improve experimentation quality and democratize insights with strong analytics standards.
