Bitpanda in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Product Designer for Securities & Commodities to architect high-stakes investment journeys across TradFi and RWAs. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Compliance to improve conversion, retention and trust while maintaining rigorous compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role demands deep fintech design experience, mastery of Figma, and a data-driven approach to optimizing complex workflows.

Formación

• Background in Product/UX/UI Design with fintech brokerage/trading experience.
• Proficiency in Figma and rapid prototyping.
• Experience translating data-heavy workflows into clean systems; strong analytics mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end trading and investment interfaces for TradFi and RWA across mobile and web to increase engagement and monetization.
• Translate dense financial mechanics (margin trading, commodities trading, automated investments) into accessible journeys for all investors.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to diagnose funnel bottlenecks and improve KPIs.
• Contribute to scalable design architecture and ensure high-quality, consistent touchpoints across investment areas.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Legal to shape the roadmap and ensure compliant feature implementations.

The Mission

We are on a mission to democratize finance for over 7 million users. As our Senior Product Designer for Securities & Commodities, your mandate is to take the high‑stakes, data‑heavy complexity of equities, derivatives, commodities, and real‑world assets (RWAs) and architect them into seamless, intuitive user journeys. In our collaborative, “no‑silo” culture, this role tackles the heavy lifting of investment products at scale—partnering directly with Product, Engineering, Data and Compliance to drive real‑time impact on conversion, retention, and user trust without sacrificing functionality.

What You Will Do

• The core of this role involves designing end‑to‑end trading and investment interfaces for TradFi and RWA products across mobile and web platforms, with the clear goal of increasing customer engagement and monetization.
• Dense financial mechanics—including margin trading, commodities trading, and automated recurring investments—must be translated into accessible, low‑friction journeys that educate and empower both novice and experienced investors.
• Comprehensive user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis will serve as your primary tools to diagnose funnel bottlenecks, validate product hypotheses, and continuously improve KPIs like trading conversion and drop‑off rates.
• Active contributions to our scalable design architecture are expected, applying the highest UX standards to ensure high‑quality, consistent touchpoints across all investment areas.
• Seamless partnership with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Legal teams in a fast‑moving, regulated environment is critical to shape the product roadmap, validate customer problems, and ensure feasible, compliant feature implementations.

Who You Are

• A strong background in Product/UX/UI Design is required, featuring mandatory experience designing for complex fintech, brokerage, trading, or wealth management ecosystems.
• Exceptional proficiency in Figma, rapid prototyping, and interaction design is essential, alongside a proven ability to untangle data‑heavy interfaces and intricate workflows into clean, elegant systems.
• Behavioral analytics, A/B testing, and funnel metrics should naturally drive your design decisions to proactively identify opportunities that boost customer engagement, adoption, and retention.
• A proven track record of thriving in fast‑moving, highly regulated environments will demonstrate your ability to successfully negotiate solutions that satisfy strict Risk and Compliance requirements without compromising the end‑user experience.
• High customer empathy and excellent stakeholder management skills are necessary to build long‑term user trust while championing a product‑driven, highly collaborative culture across the organization.
