• At least 5 years of professional experience in the insurance industry with analytics and performance tracking.
• Experience with large datasets, KPI monitoring, and data-driven decision making.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese desirable.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills for data extraction and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain an analytics framework to monitor customer performance across geographies.
• Track evolution of key KPIs including NPS, churn, and policy holding.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify drivers, levers and risks.
• Assess impact of strategic initiatives on KPIs and ROI.
• Collaborate with global/local teams to translate insights for decisions.
