Fever is seeking a Growth W&A Manager to scale operations and optimize efficiency across 50+ countries. You will own strategic initiatives, contribute to AI strategy, and lead development of in-house tools to meet business objectives. A structured mindset and proven ownership are essential.

You will collaborate across teams, drive data-based decisions, and implement improvements while navigating a dynamic international environment in Madrid and beyond.

Formación

• Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Analytics.
• 5+ years in Strategy/Operations Consulting, Start-up/Scale-up Strategy, or Corporate Transformation.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in AI tooling and curiosity to learn new technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Drive strategic initiatives to improve efficiency across departments from inception to change management.
• Contribute to AI strategy definition, implementation, and tracking.
• Lead internal tool development to meet strategic objectives.
• Conduct audits to streamline requirements and boost overall efficiency.
• Align business needs with technical solutions and manage key processes across 50+ countries.
