Clera in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a senior growth leader who owns the growth funnel at the intersection of Marketing and Product Marketing for a fast-scaling European AI SaaS startup.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive revenue, own budget and team, and architect the go-to-market strategy with seven-figure monthly budgets and a global scope. On-site role with relocation support available.

Formación

• Experience leading global marketing teams in a high-growth SaaS context.
• Senior Marketing or Growth leadership at a B2B or PLG SaaS company.
• Experience scaling growth functions with international teams and budgets.

• Own end-to-end marketing and product-marketing initiatives, including brand, demand generation, website, onboarding flow, and funnel optimization.
• Manage full P&L accountability for a seven-figure monthly marketing budget.
• Build, lead, and scale a global team of marketing leaders and specialists through hiring, coaching, and organizational development.
• Define the overall growth strategy and KPIs, reporting to the CEO.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership role sitting at the intersection of Marketing and Product, with full ownership of the growth funnel for a fast-scaling European AI SaaS startup. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll serve as the strategic architect driving the vast majority of company revenue — with real accountability over budget, team, and growth trajectory.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end marketing and product-marketing initiatives, including brand, demand generation, website, onboarding flow, and funnel optimization.

• Manage full P&L accountability for a seven-figure monthly marketing budget.

• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing global team of marketing leaders and specialists through hiring, coaching, and organizational development.

• Define the overall growth strategy and key performance indicators, reporting directly to the CEO.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record leading and scaling a team of marketing professionals in a global capacity.

• Demonstrated success in a senior Marketing or Growth leadership role at a high-growth B2B or Product-Led Growth (PLG) SaaS company.

• Experience scaling a company's growth function, ideally within an AI or AI-adjacent product context.

• Comfortable owning and steering a seven-figure budget and a distributed, international team.

• Ability and willingness to work on-site (relocation support is available).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €150,000 – €250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Location

On-site role with office locations in Barcelona, Spain; Munich, Germany; Vienna, Austria; and London, United Kingdom. The primary location is Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. Relocation support is available.
