Job summary

JC Brand AG is seeking an experienced financial leader to partner with the Managing Director and Group Finance in Madrid. You will shape strategy, steer growth, and establish governance across all financial functions for a scaling fashion business.

The role requires 8–10+ years in senior financial leadership with private label expertise, bilingual (Spanish/English) and experience in scale-up environments.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience (CFO, Head of Finance, or Senior Finance Director).
• Mandatory experience in Private Label business models (Fashion, Apparel, FMCG, or Consumer Goods).
• Fluency in Spanish and English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership & Executive Steering: advise MD and Group Finance on strategy, growth, and governance.
• Comprehensive Performance Steering: oversee budgeting, forecasting, and margin control across collections and channels.
• Infrastructure & Operational Scaling: design and oversee financial operations, IT systems, and governance.
• Process Architecture & Greenfield Development: build scalable financial processes from scratch.
• External Partner & SSC Governance: manage partners and reporting with the central SSC.
