Peek & Cloppenburg seeks a senior financial leader to partner with the Managing Director and Group Finance in Madrid. You will shape business strategy, govern rapid growth, and build robust financial systems for scalable operations across collections and channels.

You bring 8–10+ years in senior finance roles, with Private Label experience in fashion or consumer goods; fluency in Spanish and English, with German a plus.

Formación

• 8–10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience (CFO/Head of Finance).
• Experience with Private Label business models in fashion or consumer goods.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Shape business strategy and governance with MD and Group Finance.
• Oversee strategic controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and margin control.
• Design scalable financial operations and reporting frameworks.
• Lead private label performance and multi-channel margin optimization.
• Manage liquidity, working capital, and external partner governance.
