Job summary

JC Brand Esp Market SL, headquartered in Madrid, seeks a Sustainability Lead to translate our sustainability strategy into actionable initiatives across Sourcing and Design. You will drive audits, chain-of-custody, and supplier risk assessments while guiding teams on sustainable materials and packaging.

With 3–5 years in corporate sustainability, you will work with PLM/ERP systems and Digital Product Passports, communicating in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Textile Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in corporate sustainability and supply chain traceability.
• Experience with certification management (GRS, RWS, OEKO-TEX) and PLM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate sustainability strategy into actionable initiatives for Sourcing and Design.
• Lead external audits, manage brand licenses, and build chain-of-custody systems for traceability.
• Guide teams on sustainable materials and packaging, perform supplier risk assessments.
• Support supplier climate surveys to reduce carbon footprint across supply chain.
• Drive integration of sustainability into PLM/ERP projects and KPI reporting.
