Kraken is hiring a Growth Workflow Specialist (Performance & Paid Growth) to own automation strategies across paid channels. You will specify signals, guardrails, and feedback loops, then collaborate with engineers to bring them to life.

Formación

• 4+ years in performance or paid growth, with campaigns run at scale.
• Ability to map growth workflows as a series of triggers, decisions, actions, and measurements.
• Comfort with data: read dashboards, interpret signals from noise, define agent objectives.
• Willingness to learn how to communicate with AI systems precisely and improve outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Define and spec automation workflows for paid growth from creative fatigue to budget reallocation.
• Work directly with the build team to translate workflow specs into working agent automations.
• QA agent outputs, review system results, and define corrections to improve performance.
• Refine AI-generated creative variants, applying domain judgment before data confirms results.
• Define knowledge base inputs for paid growth agents and codified campaign logic.
• Monitor workflow performance and continuously improve the system.
• Extend automation thinking to CRO, incentives, referrals, and lifecycle.
