Qualifications

• Enrolled in Hospitality Management or Human Resources Management (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential (C1 level).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist People & Culture in daily operations of the department.
• Collaborate in talent acquisition activities and personnel administration tasks.
• Support internal communication planning and execution, training, and employee experience.
• Assist housing management and related initiatives; attend and contribute in People & Culture meetings.
