Job summary

Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with AI labs. Mercor seeks a Human Resources Expert, Spanish (Spain) for AI training. This fully remote contract runs Oct 23 to Nov 19 with about 21 hours per week.

You will train and evaluate AI agents on HR tasks, build simulated HR environments, write prompts, and collaborate with AI research teams. Fluent Spanish and a degree from a top-20 university in Spain are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent).
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
• Knowledge of Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security, and Spanish payroll.

Position: Human Resources Expert, Spanish (Spain) - AI Training
