Aviapartner is seeking a Group GSE Manager to define and drive group-wide strategies for GSE fleets across Europe and Africa. You will optimize performance, safety, cost-efficiency, and sustainability while ensuring data transparency and standardization.

You will lead cross-country initiatives, collaborate with local GSE Managers, and travel about monthly to Europe and Africa. Fluent English and SAP SuccessFactors knowledge are key prerequisites for this role.

Formación

• Strong technical expertise in GSE management and fleet optimization.
• Experience designing and implementing processes in a multi-country environment.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills without authority.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel across Europe & Africa (monthly).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement group-wide GSE strategies, standards, and best practices.
• Dynamically manage the catalog of models and options for each equipment family.
• Design and deploy tools, methodologies, and KPIs to monitor fleet performance.
• Optimize lifecycle management (procurement, utilization, maintenance, replacement).
• Drive standardization across country organizations, including new stations.
• Lead cost optimization and digitalization initiatives.
• Support electrification and sustainable GSE solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert to local GSE Managers.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-country projects.
