IAG Engine Tech is seeking a Fleet Technical Manager for PBH contracts to serve as the primary technical lead and liaison between the company and PBH airline customers. You will optimize engine fleet technical, operational, and financial performance, overseeing on-wing monitoring, removal planning, and shop visit execution.

The role requires deep turbofan experience, cross-functional collaboration, and willingness to travel across Europe.

Formación

Bachelor's or Master's in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
3–5 years in technical support of turbofan engines (PBH roles at OEMs like Safran, CFM, or airlines).
Deep familiarity with CFM56, LEAP, V2500, and RB211 engines.
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Experience with AMOS, ERP, Excel.
Willingness to travel throughout Europe (5–10%).
Knowledge of EASA/AESA regulatory frameworks and workshop interfaces.

Responsabilidades

Technical interface: act as trusted advisor to PBH clients and ensure contract compliance.
Fleet health monitoring: analyze engine performance data and propose proactive maintenance.
Removal planning & cost control: create scenarios and track costs vs forecasts.
MRO coordination: ensure scopes align with PBH contracts and regulatory compliance.
Identify signals and feed improvements back to OEM/PBH engineering teams.
