Arbolus is seeking a Group Financial Controller to be the operational backbone of our Finance team. You will manage Accounts Payable, treasury, payroll, and tax, while leading month-end close, budgeting, and annual audit.

You will drive automation and apply AI tools to improve accuracy and efficiency across the function. You will grow and develop both internal and external finance teams, partnering with leaders to forecast cash flow, renewals, and new business, in a fast-paced, hybrid Barcelona

Formación

• 5–10 years of total finance experience, including audit experience ideally at a Big 4 firm.
• Proven experience owning month-end close, management reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with multi-currency and multi-entity accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day finance operations: AP, treasury, tax, payroll.
• Own full sales cycle: invoicing, deferred revenue, revenue reconciliation.
• Oversee multi-entity bookkeeping across currencies.
