China Three Gorges Europe S.A. is seeking an Administrative Intern to join our Greenfield team, supporting daily tasks and learning how we power the world with renewable energy.

You will prepare internal approvals, coordinate department vehicles, liaise with suppliers for documents, and assist in bidding activities and other operational projects. This hands-on role offers exposure to a multinational, environmentally focused workplace with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or equivalent relevant discipline.
• Spanish Advanced level (C1-C2/Native)
• English Professional level (B2-C1)

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and coordinate internal platform approvals (OA and Ariba) and follow up on workflow progress.
• Support administration and scheduling of department shared vehicles.
• Liaise with suppliers to collect and organize required documents and assist in bidding activities.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support and assist with various departmental operational tasks and projects.
