Serneholt Estate is seeking a professional real estate agent for our Gran Canaria office. You will act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, market listings, and guide clients through pricing, terms, and mortgages.

You should have experience in real estate sales, own a car, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. English is required, Spanish a plus, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic international brand.

Formación

• Experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Own car is required.
• Strong communication skills with clients, agents and attorneys.
• Proven negotiation skills for price and terms.
• Analytical ability for market research and pricing.
• Proficiency in MS Office; others a plus.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus; other languages welcomed.

Responsabilidades

• Source and market properties; advise buyers and sellers.
• Guide clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Negotiate deals to ensure best terms for clients.
• Prepare and present property analyses and CMA reports.
• Maintain and update property listings and client databases.
• Develop networks with developers and partners.
