Revolut is seeking a Graduate Sales Executive to join the Maltese Market team based in Lugo, Spain. You will start with a focused bootcamp and hands-on training to sharpen your commercial and communication skills before handling real client interactions.

You’ll prospect, source leads, and build a pipeline across multiple channels, ultimately closing deals and driving adoption of Revolut Business solutions. This is a fast-paced, international graduate programme with a strong emphasis on career

Formación

Bachelor's degree required or expected by 2026.
Fluent English and Italian with excellent communication over the phone and written channels.
Recent graduates (2024–2026) welcome to apply and start a career in sales.
Interest in the financial industry and willingness to learn Revolut’s product suite.

Responsabilidades

Outreach to prospects across multiple channels, with an emphasis on cold calling.
Developing a lead sourcing strategy and maintaining activity levels.
Build and manage your pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from onboarding to daily usage.
Balance time effectively between prospecting, closing, and upsell opportunities.
Use solution-based selling to understand customer needs and articulate Revolut Business value.
