Revolut is seeking graduates for its Sales Graduate Programme. You will join a fast‑paced, international team focused on acquiring and engaging customers for Revolut Business, with a structured bootcamp and hands‑on client exposure.

You’ll learn solution‑based selling, build relationships, and own tasks that drive adoption and upsell opportunities, while developing commercially and communication skills.

Formación

• Fluency in English and Greek required.
• Graduated from university in 2024, 2025 or 2026.
• Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone.
• Impeccable literacy in email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Driven to start a career in a high‑performing sales culture.
• Interest in the financial industry.

Responsabilidades

• Outreaching prospects across multiple touchpoints and channels, esp. cold-calling.
• Developing and executing a robust lead-sourcing strategy and maintaining activity levels.
• Building and managing your own pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer journey.
