RINA welcomes graduates to the Batam Junior Marine Surveyor - Graduate Trainee program. Based in BATAM, this 12-month development path rotates across RINA offices in South Asia Pacific and Indonesian operations, exposing you to classification surveys, testing, plan approvals, and client interactions.

Under mentorship from experienced surveyors, you will build practical skills in survey planning, execution, and reporting, with a view to becoming a Junior Marine Surveyor within the Indonesia team

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Naval or Mechanical Engineering.
• Willingness to travel and relocate for rotations.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Develop knowledge of classification rules and maritime conventions.
• Gain surveying skills through hands-on training.
• Assist in surveys and inspections under supervision.
• Review technical documentation on hull, machinery, safety systems.
• Draft preliminary survey reports and maintain records.
• Collaborate with tech teams across offices and with clients.
• Attend internal training and development sessions.
