Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Governance Expert to define and enforce global logistics governance frameworks within the Logistics Functional Excellence & Digitalization division. You will engage regional teams, drive process optimization, and ensure alignment with corporate guidelines in a multinational setting.

Responsibilities include audits, governance reviews, and collaboration with Digitalization teams to harmonize workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate governance, logistics planning, or process management within a multinational environment.
• Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and CGEIT or equivalent governance certification.
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management with ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
• Open to new working methods, tools, and digital applications, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• Ensure local and regional logistics processes align with global guidelines and compliance mandates.

• Collaborate with Digitalization and Functional Excellence teams to optimize and harmonize logistics workflows globally.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics governance, process compliance, and audit-related queries within Logistics.

What You Bring

• You have typically 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate governance, logistics planning, or process management within a multinational environment.
• You possess certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) or equivalent governance certification.
• You demonstrate strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
• You are open to new working methods, tools, and digital applications, enhancing your adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
