TK Airport Solutions, a TK Elevator unit, seeks a Go-To-Market & Sales Enablement Manager in Mieres (Asturias) to bridge Product, Marketing and Sales. You will shape positioning, create enablement tools and tailor messages for regional markets, working in a hybrid setup with on-site presence and partial remote work.

You will collaborate with global teams, drive value propositions and support sales with practical materials for customer meetings and product launches.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement or related field.
• Proven experience working with Sales and Product teams to build value propositions.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to understand customer and market needs across regions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to align teams around messages.
• Hands-on, proactive, results-focused approach turning strategy into sales tools.

Aufgaben

• Develop and harmonise product positioning, value propositions and key commercial messages.
• Adapt global messaging to the needs of different markets and regions.
• Create sales enablement tools including presentations, pitches, battlecards, use cases and materials for meetings and launches.
• Gather market and Sales feedback and translate into input for Product and Marketing.
• Support Sales teams in communicating the value of our solutions in real customer conversations.
• Monitor reception of messages and improve them based on feedback.
