Job summary

TK Airport Solutions, a TK Elevator group unit in Mieres, Asturias, seeks a Strategy Analyst to support the Head of Strategy and CEO Office. You will deliver high-quality analyses, dashboards, and reporting to steer strategic initiatives on a global scale.

The role combines data-driven decision support with portfolio management of strategic projects, requiring strong English, analytical rigor, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a hybrid onsite/remote setup.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in strategy, transformation or operations.
• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong English language skills; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Highly analytical with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tool.
• Able to manage multiple workstreams and challenge directors constructively.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report to support management decisions with dashboards and ad hoc analyses.
• Track strategic initiatives with owners, milestones, KPIs, risks and status.
• Prepare executive presentations and market sizing benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Head of Strategy and CEO Office to steer initiatives.
