InnoIT Consulting in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Workplace AI & End Users Services Project Manager to join a hybrid team based in Barcelona (2-3 days in office). You will drive multiple IT/workplace transformations in a global, matrix organization, coordinating cross-functional teams across AXA entities and guiding adoption of digital initiatives for hundreds of users.
You will lead governance, reporting, and change management while aligning with Agile and DevOps practices.

You'll take ownership of driving multiple concurrent IT and Workplace transformation projects in a global, matrix organization. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll coordinate cross‑functional teams across different AXA entities, manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, and ensure successful deployment of digital adoption initiatives that directly impact hundreds of users.
