Job summary

Sibelco Group is seeking a Workday Solution Analyst to support our global HRIS landscape in Bilbao. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders, Workday teams, and IT colleagues to translate business needs into effective Workday configurations and integrations.

With 3–5 years of Workday experience and a strong technical mindset, you’ll drive process security, payroll deployments across countries, and the international roadmap, while maintaining clear communications and delivering value across our

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3–5 years of experience working with Workday in a large or complex organisation, ideally with solid technical knowledge in areas such as Business Process Security, HCM configuration or Workday integrations.
• Experience supporting Workday integrations, deployments or implementations with examples of contributed projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions, including configuration and security aspects.
• Support Workday integrations and deployments, collaborating with internal Workday teams and HR stakeholders to deliver solutions globally.
• Contribute to major Workday projects and rollouts, including payroll deployments across countries and other integrations.
• Act as a key link between HR stakeholders and technical Workday teams, clarifying requirements and timelines.
• Support continuous improvement of the Workday environment while meeting SLAs and stakeholder expectations.
