Sibelco is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to support HR transformation, sustainability, and legal initiatives across our application landscape. The role collaborates with HR, Sustainability, Legal, IT, and Architecture teams to translate business needs into actionable deliverables and measurable value.

Based in Bilbao with a hybrid model (remote up to two days/week). For the right candidate, relocation to Spain may be supported.

Formación

• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into structured documentation and actionable deliverables.
• Strong understanding of HR governance and related processes.
• Proven ability to map current-state processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Solid knowledge of business analysis methods, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence constructively.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, opportunities, and strategic objectives.
• Gather, analyse, document, and prioritise business requirements for enhancements and transformation initiatives.
• Identify process improvements, automation, and standardisation opportunities across HR and related functions.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Solution Analysts and Architects to validate feasibility and translate requirements into solutions.
• Support governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the application landscape.
