Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a role to ensure stable governance and evolution of the WMS Matrix DLx Dispatcher during the NEXTGEN transition. The role protects business continuity by managing governance, risk, and cross‑program alignment across regions.

You will connect system initiatives with CDP and Contract Logistics programs, supporting scalable growth and informed decision‑making across geographies, with strong emphasis on adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in supply chain or IT field.
• Experience with WMS solutions and large-scale deployments.
• Knowledge of CEVA WMS or equivalent systems.

Responsibilities

• System governance and stability for WMS Matrix DLx Dispatcher.
• Lead global and regional super-user engagement for adoption and governance.
• Own release governance and portfolio prioritisation for Matrix.
• Govern the PER lifecycle from requirements to deployment for Matrix Core+ and Healthcare.
• PMO routines across geographies to secure sponsorship and governance.
• Change management and adoption through training and webinars.
• Support the complete business lifecycle from evaluation to optimization and value realisation.
