Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an EMEA Physical Logistics Lead & Masquefa CDC Logistics Excellence Manager to govern the Masquefa distribution center and drive end-to-end logistics excellence across the EMEA network.

The role focuses on governance, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration with the 3PL partner to deliver high service levels and cost efficiency. You will monitor KPIs, lead quarterly reviews, and champion continuous improvement initiatives across planning,

Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis capability.

Responsibilities

Act as business owner of Masquefa CDC performance and governance.
Monitor KPIs and SLAs for warehouse operations with 3PL.
Lead weekly reviews and monthly performance reviews with 3PL management.
Develop performance scorecards and improvement roadmaps.
Drive productivity, inventory accuracy, and service level improvements.
Coordinate readiness for seasonal peaks, promotions, and new product introductions.
Ensure compliance with service levels and governance in contract terms.
