Responsibilities

• Act as the business owner of Masquefa CDC performance.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and SLAs to ensure service targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions with the 3PL.
• Lead governance meetings and quarterly business reviews with the 3PL.
• Coordinate cross-functional input from Planning, Sales Ops, Finance and Ops to align inventory strategies.
