• Manage the full reporting suite, preparing, and distributing monthly reports to senior management for strategic insights.
• Project manage and deliver key workstreams, communicating effectively with business partners to drive next steps.
• Identify key risks and issues proactively and drive resolution through strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Provide high-level responses to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management and business analysis.
• Contribute to managing the group's headcount and expense budgets, identifying efficiency opportunities, and planning resources.
• Enhance processes and ensure consistent support across all teams while supporting day-to-day operations.
