Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Vendor Management Office Lead to define and evolve the global governance model for IT Operations. You will unify vendor performance, governance, risk, and reporting into a coherent operating model while coordinating across service owners, procurement, legal, and finance.

You will chair forums, establish standards, and oversee contract alignment with operational performance, ensuring service continuity and governance across a global network of providers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience in IT, business, procurement, finance, law, or related area.
• 7+ years of IT vendor management, supplier governance, IT service management, sourcing, contract management, or outsourced delivery.
• Experience leading a Vendor Management Office, SIAM capability, or multi-provider governance.
• Strong understanding of vendor performance management, SLAs, KPIs, risk, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with strategic technology providers in complex managed-service environments.
• Ability to define governance models, roles, processes, forums, reporting standards, and roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder-management across IT, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Risk, Quality, and regional teams.
• Fluent English and comfortable working across countries, cultures, and organisational boundaries.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the Vendor Management Office mandate, governance principles, and interaction model for global IT Operations.
• Establish a lean, scalable operating model with clear accountabilities for vendor management, contracts, risk, and reporting.
• Assess current activities, consolidate ownership, and develop a phased roadmap toward global coverage.
• Create segmentation and governance for strategic suppliers and vendor-delivered services.
• Design and chair governance forums, providing escalation paths for issues.
• Define standards for vendor scorecards, executive reporting, and decision records.
• Oversee vendor performance, SLA adherence, relationships, risks, and improvement actions.
• Connect contractual obligations with operational performance for reviews and renewals.
• Coordinate cross-provider governance across internal teams and third parties.
• Provide functional leadership and build a structured improvement pipeline for vendor governance.
