Job summary

Glovo in Barcelona is seeking a performance marketing expert to drive regional campaigns across Google Ads (UAC & Paid Search) and Apple Search Ads. You will partner with data engineers and data scientists to uncover opportunities, measure performance, and optimize ROAS.

You will own regional campaigns, lead A/B testing, and collaborate with design, BI, and Martech to maximize impact. English fluency is essential, with 3–5+ years in the field.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads (UAC and Paid Search) and Apple Search Ads.
• Proven expertise in scaling campaigns and maximizing ROAS.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns and collaborating across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact campaigns for a Glovo region (Africa, EE, Balkans, or SWE).
• Drive acquisition, activation, reactivation, and re-engagement via Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.
• Collaborate with performance marketers, data engineers, and BI/Martech teams to optimize campaigns.
• Own targets, lead continuous optimization through A/B testing, and share best practices.
