Betby is seeking a seasoned Treasury Team Lead to scale our global payment operations, oversee liquidity management, and build forecasting frameworks across the group. You will lead a Payment Specialist, drive banking/PSP partnerships, and design cash flow models while collaborating with the COO and Head of Finance to optimize costs and mitigate FX and crypto risks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of treasury/payments experience in Fintech, Payments, E-commerce, or iGaming.
• Leadership or senior operational role experience (1–2 years).
• Deep understanding of global banking networks, SWIFT, SEPA, Faster Payments, crypto, EMI, PSP models.

Responsibilities

• Lead Payment Specialist and ensure seamless payment operations.
• Document end-to-end payment procedures and create user handbooks.
• Develop and deploy scalable cash flow models and treasury policies.
• Onboard and manage banking partners, PSPs, and negotiate pricing and terms.
