Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a GTM Travel Management Specialist to support local and regional corporate travel and payment programmes, ensuring a smooth travellers’ journey. You will work with travellers, internal teams, and partners to support Cytric services, payments, and Duty of Care while contributing to programme improvements.

You will collaborate with travel providers and internal stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and participate in change initiatives to meet evolving regional needs.

Qualifications

• University degree and knowledge of corporate travel operations.
• Cytric experience or certification is a plus.
• Understanding of GDS, online booking tools, and travel policy.
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support local and regional travel operations and Cytric deployment.
• Support local and regional payment programmes and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Contribute to travel programme improvements and vendor performance.
• Assist with event management, insurance, visas, and loyalty programs.
