Fall Creek is seeking a TC Lab Manager in the Aznalcázar area to lead daily tissue culture lab operations and drive performance across multiple departments. The role requires extensive leadership and budget management, ensuring quality and compliance in a high-paced environment.

Formación

• Requires aBachelor’s degree in biology or related field with extensive lab leadership experience.
• Minimum 5+ years supervisory experience in a tissue culture / plant lab setting.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, regulatory requirements, and quality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily TC lab activities ensuring production targets are met on time and within budget.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors, technicians, and assistants.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and proper chemical handling.
• Maintain equipment, calibration, and inventory; optimize resource use.
• Develop and manage the annual lab budget and report to leadership.
• Drive process improvements and collaboration with operations, planning, and QC.
• Maintain documentation, records, and liaison with partners and vendors.
• Foster a compliant, confidential, and collaborative culture.
