ALK Madrid is seeking a Laboratory Technician (Microbiology) to join our team in Madrid, Spain. This permanent, full-time role operates a fixed afternoon shift (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm) and reports to the Microbiology Manager.

The ideal candidate will support analysts, review data, handle investigations and CAPAs, and contribute to GMP/GxP compliance. Proficiency with LIMS and SAP, plus a biology/pharmacy background, is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, etc.) or FP II / Senior Technician in Laboratory Analysis and Quality Control or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and supervise daily routine activities.
• Provide technical support to analysts.
• Review and approve microbiological data and results to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage laboratory investigations, deviations, CAPAs and changes.
• Participate in equipment calibration and qualification processes.
• Use and manage LIMS (Sample Manager and Labware) and SAP.
