ALK Madrid is seeking a Laboratory Technician (Microbiology) to join our team in Madrid. This is a permanent, full-time role with a fixed afternoon shift (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm) reporting to the Microbiology Manager.

You will plan and supervise daily activities, provide technical support, review data for accuracy and compliance, manage investigations and CAPAs, participate in equipment calibration, and work with LIMS (Sample Manager and Labware) and SAP. English fluency is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences or equivalent lab qualification.
• At least 1 year in pharmaceutical lab QC (microbiology/GxP).
• Knowledge of GMP, data integrity and quality standards.
• Experience with environmental and personnel microbiological monitoring.
• Experience validating microbiological methods.
• Knowledge of testing utilities: water, steam, gases.
• English fluency with strong written and oral communication.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and supervise daily routine activities.
• Provide technical support to analysts.
• Review and approve microbiological data and results for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage laboratory investigations, deviations, CAPAs and changes.
• Participate in equipment calibration and qualification processes.
• Use and manage LIMS (Sample Manager and Labware) and SAP.
