EcoFlow in Madrid seeks a senior after-sales and pre-sales training specialist to lead remote troubleshooting, create help documents, and train overseas teams.

You will analyze product launch issues, support critical customers, travel as needed, and collaborate with R&D to improve service materials. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; other languages are a plus. The role emphasizes ownership, clear communication, and the ability to generate documentation.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in pre-sales, after-sales, technical support, FAE, or training roles.
• Preferred backgrounds in computer, communication, electronic engineering, automation, or other science disciplines.
• Willingness to travel short-term to support projects.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication.
• Ability to independently generate documents and deliver training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide after-sales technical Q&A and remote troubleshooting for overseas regions.
• Travel on-site to resolve problems when necessary.
• Collect and analyze early product launch and quality problems with attribution analysis.
• Create and maintain after-sales FAQs, maintenance manuals, and support documents.
• Train overseas channels, agents, ODM customers, and pre-sales staff.
• Support overseas marketing and sales teams with customer training.
• Assist overseas sales with emergencies and quality incidents from a technical perspective.
• Train and upgrade the technical skills of newcomers and team members.
