Markem-Imaje is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join the technical service team for the Madrid area. The role focuses on on-site and remote support for local customers, performing installations, maintenance, and training as needed.

You will document service activities, advise on solutions, and collaborate with the Sales team to drive customer satisfaction and revenue objectives, with travel as required within Spain and occasionally internationally.

Formación

• Experience as Field Service Engineer or Technical Service Engineer.
• Technical qualification or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Networking, or Mechanics.
• Fluency in Spanish and upper-intermediate English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Perform pre-installations, installations, and maintenance activities for our equipment.
• Deliver technical training both internally and externally as required.
• Complete service reports accurately with time, parts, and fault/solution codes.
• Promote MI service solutions to maximize customer uptime and sales growth.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to build relationships and support revenue targets.
• Travel to customer sites within your assigned area, with occasional national or international travel for training and meetings.
