sera Group is seeking an experienced engineer to develop technical dosing solutions based on customer inquiries. You will design and cost systems during quotes and provide in-depth on-site and trade show guidance to clients.

You will manage projects and build international relationships while collaborating with sales and service teams. Fluent English, a relevant engineering degree or technician qualification, and willingness to travel within the EU and beyond are required.

Formación

• Business-fluent English and ability to understand client processes.
• It is important to develop suitable technical solutions with the client.
• Experience in international project management is desirable (2–4 years).

Responsabilidades

• Develop technical system solutions in dosing technology from customer enquiries.
• Design and cost systems during quotation phase and provide in-depth customer solution advice.
• Advise customers on applications and integration on-site and at trade fairs/conferences.
• Manage customer projects reliably.
• Build and maintain international networks and customer relationships.
• Collaborate with in-house sales, application engineering and service teams.
• Travel within the EU and to non-EU countries for meetings and technical discussions.

Conocimientos

Fluent English

Educación

State-certified technician OR degree in mechanical/electrical/mechatronics/process engineering
