SEKO Iberica is seeking a Technical Coordinator to support installation, commissioning, and service activities of industrial dosing systems across Spain. You will coordinate on-site start-ups, supervise technicians, and perform testing and calibration to verify system performance.

The role requires fluent Spanish and good technical English (B1+), with the flexibility to travel frequently and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in engineering or related field.
• Fluent Spanish with good technical English (B1+).
• Willingness to travel frequently and hold a valid driver's license.
• Experience in field service, commissioning or service roles.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate installation, start-up and commissioning at customer sites.
• Supervise and support local technicians during field operations.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, calibration, and system verification.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Deliver technical training to technicians and customers.
• Prepare technical reports and liaise with Global Technical Support.

We are looking for a Technical Coordinator to support the installation, commissioning, and service activities of industrial dosing systems across Spain.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation, start-up, and commissioning activities at customer sites.
• Supervise and support local technicians during field operations.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, calibration, and system verification.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, technical procedures, and safety requirements.
• Deliver technical training to technicians and customers.
• Prepare technical reports and liaise with Global Technical Support.

Requirements

• Experience as Field Service Engineer, Service Technician, Commissioning Engineer, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of industrial piping systems, pumps, valves, and dosing equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, automation, and process instrumentation.
• Experience in water treatment, chemical, food & beverage, utilities, or related industrial sectors.
• Customer-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics disciplines.
• Engineering degree is a plus.
• Fluent Spanish and good technical English (B1+).
• Portuguese is considered an advantage.
• Availability for frequent travel.
• Valid driver's license.
