Job summary

Roche is seeking a Procurement Delivery Manager for Digital & Tech, based in our hybrid Madrid office. You will drive global category management, strategic sourcing and IT vendor management, working as an individual contributor in cross-functional teams.

You will engage with senior leaders, lead negotiations, and shape category strategies while delivering value across the GP organization. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• University degree required; business degree preferable.
• 5+ years of global category management, strategic sourcing, procurement contracting and related projects.
• Business level fluency in English and ability to engage with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving team goals on Financial/Non-Financial outcomes, Continuity of Supply and Procurement Excellence.
• Develop and execute category strategies leveraging spend, sourcing, negotiation, contracting and supplier management.
• Turn category strategy into content and automated channels, guidelines and communication materials to improve adoption and efficiency.
• Influence and support cross-functional teams in global projects and networks within GP.
• Manage suppliers and internal stakeholder relationships to support GP objectives.
• Develop core capabilities to drive procurement efficiency and better customer experiences.
• Deliver on customer priorities while supporting Roche societal and environmental commitments.
• Handle administrative tasks to develop and maintain systems and processes.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, enterprise thinking, collaboration and continuous learning.
