Job summary

Recruiter4you seeks an experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead the technology strategy for a fast-growing international crypto iGaming group. You will define the technical vision, oversee engineering, blockchain, security, and product delivery, and drive innovation across multiple brands.

The role reports to the COO/Board, demands extensive leadership of global teams, and offers a highly strategic executive track with significant board interaction and long-term impact.

Qualifications

• Proven CTO-level leadership in iGaming, fintech, or a high-scale tech environment.
• Strong background in modern software architecture, microservices, and cloud.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain, crypto payments, and wallet infra.
• Excellent vendor management, budgeting, and strategic decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute technology strategy and long-term roadmap.
• Lead engineering, platform architecture, cloud, DevOps, and security.
• Oversee blockchain infra, crypto wallets, and payment integrations.
• Ensure scalable, secure platforms with high uptime and performance.
• Drive engineering best practices, CI/CD, automation, and QA.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, and senior leadership for alignment.
• Build and mentor global engineering teams and manage external partners.
• Report to Board on performance, risks, and future initiatives.
